Overview
Each 60-minute class starts with movement, opening up your joints, warming up muscles and activating stabilisers. We then increase the workload and intensity through strength and conditioning exercises and wrap up with a 10-minute, core-focused cool down integrating pilates and yoga-inspired movements.
