As both a student and teacher, Charlotte has experienced and witnessed the powerful benefits of yoga and its unique combination of movement, meditation and philosophy. Certified as a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher, she completed her 200 Hour Akhanda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Byron Bay before travelling to Rishikesh, India, to complete her 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training under the tutelage of Yogrishi Vishvketu. Committed to understanding and caring for the body, Charlotte is also our resident massage therapist and is qualified in relaxation massage, Lomi Lomi An Mo and Reflexology.
