As both a student and teacher, Charlotte has experienced and witnessed the powerful benefits of yoga and its unique combination of movement, meditation and philosophy. Certified as a 500 Hour Yoga Teacher, she completed her 200 Hour Akhanda Hatha Yoga Teacher Training in Byron Bay before travelling to Rishikesh, India, to complete her 300 Hour Advanced Yoga Teacher Training under the tutelage of Yogrishi Vishvketu. Committed to understanding and caring for the body, Charlotte has also recently qualified as a massage therapist.

Marc's approach to yoga promotes a connection between body and mind, as well as to the community and the environment. His results-driven classes are energetic and fun, releasing tension and creating calm by placing the necessary demands on the body. Trained by Duncan Peak of Power Living Yoga (200 Hour), Marc is currently enjoying the ongoing teachings and mentorship of Eileen Hall (Ashtanga Yoga Moves Sydney).
